Man ki Ganga
बहती है भीतर एक गंगा निर्मल,
शुद्ध, पवित्र, जैसे जीवन का अटल।
मन के कोने-कोने में बहती ये धारा,
शांति और सुकून का देती सहारा।
हर खुशी, हर ग़म को समेटे अपने जल में,
कभी ठहरी हुई, तो कभी वेग के पल में।
हर भाव, हर विचार इसका हिस्सा बन जाए,
मन की गंगा सब कुछ अपने संग बहाए।
जब जग का शोर दिल को खा जाता है,
मन की गंगा ही तब सुकून लाती है।
अपने मौन में बोलती है ये गहराई,
हर प्रश्न का उत्तर देती इसकी सच्चाई।
जैसे हिमालय से निकलती है गंगा की धारा,
वैसे ही भीतर से निकले जीवन का सहारा।
प्यार, करुणा और ममता की मिठास,
